This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the process for canceling your subscription and requesting refunds. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Procem subscription at any time through your account dashboard. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to the platform's features.

1.2 Account Termination by Procem

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms of Use or engage in activities that we deem harmful to our platform or other users. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.

1.3 Data Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will have limited access to your account for a period of 30 days to export or download your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers, unless otherwise required by law.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Fees

Procem operates on a subscription-based model. Subscription fees are billed in advance, and payments are non-refundable.

2.2 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Subscription renewals (No Refund).
  • Add-on services or third-party integrations purchased through the Procem platform.
  • Any prior credits or discounts applied to the account will not be refunded.
